Mr. Yogesh C. Shah

Mr. Yogesh Shah is a commerce graduate & a law professional. He has been the MD & CEO of AJAY OILS since 1970. Since then he has developed a strong platform for the firm to grow in the future. He has the vast experience in the Edible Oil industry for almost 40 years & he was considered as the pioneer Intermediator in the Edible Oil industry of Gujarat, regardless of Domestic Edible Oil or an Imported Edible Oil.

Mr. Shah looks after the overall business and operations at AJAY OILS for all kinds of Edible Oils. He commands a very good reputation in the industry which helps the firm in maintaining a cordial & fruitful relationship with suppliers & buyers. Under his stewardship, now AJAY OILS is one of the leading Intermediator for all kinds of Edible Oils & deals with almost all major importers of India.

Mr. Heeral Shah

Mr. Heeral Shah is a commerce graduate & a certified technical analyst. He has a vast experience for about 18 years in the Edible Oil industry. Currently he is the Director (Trading & Operations) at AJAY OILS. He is responsible for overall trading & administrative operations. Mr. Heeral Shah looks after the Strategic Planning, Controlling & Directing the business and also undertakes the trading operations.

Apart from the above responsibilities, he has also acquire the expertise skills of Technical Analysis. He also has the skills to forecast the trends in the Edible Oil industry and accordingly he gives his best to all the valued customers & to the firm.

Mr. Ankit Shah

Ankit Shah is a Commerce Graduate & MBA (Finance) from Gujarat University. He has a vast experience for about 9 years in the Edible Oil industry. Currently he is the Director (Trading & Operations) at Ajayoils. He is responsible for overseas as well domestic trading & Operations at Ajayoils. He looks after the overall directing & marketing activities of the business. He is actively involved in broking & trading of CPO,SOYA DEGUMMED,RBD PALMOLIEN, REFINED SOYABEAN OIL etc. on high seas as well as overseas basis.

Apart from the above responsibilities, he is also heading the in-house research at Ajayoils wherein he conducts qualitative & quantitative analysis of Edible Oil Industry (International & Domestic) in order to provide useful guidance, information & Updates to the Valued Customers.
